GES Conseils SA is a young and dynamic company that I constitute in the year 2006 to manage and to catch tenants for owners and promoters owners of housings located in the Spanish, littoral specially in the South of the Coast Daurada and the North of the Coast Orange blossom.

During the year 2007 I sign a contract of collaboration with the Group Elimari España SL (one of mercantile leader in the sale of housings in the South of Catalonia) for recepcionar arrivals of his(her,your) clients tenants in the different rented housings.

To beginning(principle) of 2008, one new collaboration I sign with the mercantile Gestcom Alfacs SL, mercantile specializing in the fournitur of summer housings.

These collaborations us to allowed to sign at the end of May, 2008 the first contract with a promoter to furnish and to manage the rent of mas of 40 housings on the coast Vinaroz's North (Castellon).

Nowadays GES this Conseils negotiating with the group POLARIS propietary WORLD of centenary of housings in golf courses of the region of Murcia.
